Carbon Barbecue @ Culture Night

Friday, September 23, 2011 - 19:00 to 20:00

Culture Night marks the final night of Science Gallery’s current exhibition, ELEMENTS: The Beauty of Chemistry, and to celebrate we will be hosting Carbon Barbecue, a series of talks (and a bit of food) where you can hear, see, learn and taste more about carbon than you ever imagined!

What is carbon? How do carbon credits work? How do you conserve charcoal art, and what would carbon-based life look like on other planets?

Admission is free, but first-come-first-serve.  And for Culture night, the rest of the exhibition will stay open until 23:00, so you can have some late-night elemental fun!
