If you ever dreamed of having your own Charlie and the Chocolate factory moment and finding that Golden Ticket, you'll have a chance to be the lucky winner of a Golden Ticket at Science Gallery's Nano ice cream van during Nanoweek (30:11:09-04:12:09). While it doesn't let you in to Mr Wonka's Chocolate Factory it gives you an amazing access to multi billion euro nano facilities - Intel and Crann.

COMING SOON... Nanoweek will run across the country from 30:11:09-04:12:09 in a number of different locations. There is a broad range of events run in Science Gallery including the first First Tuesday event where you could witness the birth of the next big thing, or join the Science Leviathan where we will be discussing "the smart economy, stupid"... During Nanoweek visitors to our nano ice cream van will be in with a chance to win a Golden Ticket giving you exclusive access to Ireland's key nanotechnology facilities including CRANN and Intel.

Nano is coming to Science Gallery. Nanoweek was launched last week with an ice cream party with a difference. The Nano Ice Cream van is dishing out ice cream frozen with liquid nitrogen at -196degrees producing an incredibly smooth nanoparticle ice cream.

This is just one of the activities that will take place in Science Gallery during Nanoweek - Nanoweek runs between November 30-December 4.
