Bye Bye WHAT IF... Hello 2010!

WHAT IF... is currently being packed into boxes - the Gallery feels very empty without it. But were still open for business! Why not pop in for a cup of coffee or a few Christmas presents in our shop? We hope to see you here soon. We'll be open from 8am til 5pm this week.

We will post a video from Paola Antonelli's amazing and inspiring talk in the next couple of days.  Anthony Dunne's introduction and interview was also a fantastic opportunity to wrap up the wonderful WHAT IF... exhibition. Thank you to all the designers and Anthony and Fiona for bringing these amazing visions of our future to the Gallery.

Since everyone is in a "review" mode at the moment why not let us know what your favourite Science Gallery moment of 2009 was? Was it jamming with the Avios during Lightwave? Or experiencing 10,000 peacock feathers in foaming acid? Or having your DNA sampled in the gallery? It's been an amazing year and we're so excited about 2010 where we'll be exploring the science of desire in our LOVELAB, hyperbolic geometry though crochet and the effect of music and the body.
